“ Love love love them! Always the nicest staff. They helped me with my order and had the best attitude and smile the whole time. Sadly I didn't see the gentleman's name helping us through the DT today. But it was whoever was at the DT window around 1:45pm. He's so great! ”
“ On a snowy afternoon, I went through this Starbucks drive through window to pick up a gift card vs walking inside and purchasing the gift card. Apparently, buying a gift card using the drive through was pretty amusing since she started laughing after asking me for my drink order and I responded "gift card please". It was probably her fastest transaction of the her shift. ”
“ I don't know who is running this starbucks, but you hire great employees. I pulled up and the line was waaay into the street. I didn't have to be anywhere right away and was seriously craving a peppermint mocha. That line at other Starbucks would normally take 30 minutes. It took maybe 15. When I pulled up whoever was on headset was super nice, also offered me a bakery treat. I got a great blueberry muffin and when I got to the window Nancy gave me my very yummy drink in a mug. “ Only did the drive, but I wanted to give a shout-out to our barista. Didn't get the name, but whoever you are, you were jovial, friendly, and conscientious. COVID-19 measures were observed in great detail. You even handed us our drinks by placing the cup into a mug from which we then retrieved our drink. This way you didn't even touch our cups. Kudos! I would have never thought that kind of service was an option. ”
